Departure at 8:15 am. A coastal hike to discover a part of the Agriates desert. A small corner of dream with its paradisiacal creeks, and its flora. Explanation of the flora, the endemic fauna and the history of this place by your guide. Picnic break at the water's edge with swimming in its emerald waters. Relaxation with an unusual massage at the water's edge lulled by the breathing of the sea.

Departure at 8:30 am, direction the "Fango", the most beautiful river of Balagne. An original aquatic hike in the heart of its bed to discover its preserved and wild intimacy. Magnificent pools, waterfalls, jacuzzis, will amaze you. Through the purity of the translucent water, you will see trout endemic to the island. 
After the meal, a session of sophrology will be proposed, rocked by the soft murmur of the waterfalls.

Departure at 9:15 am to discover the paradisiacal beach of "Bodre" with its white sand and turquoise water. We'll have lunch at Punta Di Spanu, an unknown and wild place of peace with its paradisiacal creeks with emerald colors. Take your mask and snorkel to admire the fish and the sea bed.
After a lunch at the water's edge, a facial yoga session will relax your deep facial muscles.
A session of sophrology will conclude in a beautiful way this day of dream.

Departure at 8:00 a.m. to discover a peak off the beaten track, the "Capu Formiculaghiu" at 1713 m, dominating the magnificent forest of Bonifato with its hundred-year-old Laricio pines. Lend yourself to a session of Sylvotherapy. Embrace and caress the tree to absorb its positive energies and feel a deep well-being. 
At the top you will enjoy a 360° view on the whole Balagne. It will be time to share our tasty picnic from the top of our eagle's nest!

Appointment at 9:00 am. At the edge of a wild river, a facial massage, a facial reflexology and a cranial massage will be offered to you. Between natural basins, waterfalls and slides, you will experience a wonderful moment of simple and playful relaxation. To perfect this letting go, you will be guided in a beneficial sophrological relaxation.
On the way back, a visit to an organic wine producer will be on the program with explanations, tasting and discovery of the vineyard.
