The young volcanoes of the Ardèche and the Ardèche Nature Park provide the perfect natural setting in which to relax.
You’ll love the judicious combination of pleasant walks and fitness care in a spa whose existence goes back to the Roman era.
Hydrotherapy was highly developed in the Ardèche in the XIX and XX centuries, owing its existence, then as now, to the erstwhile volcanic activity in the region. This same activity also gave rise to the grandiose sculptural scenery so typical of the area.
